About Me:
My name is Julie Lewandowski. I have been teaching at South Seneca Middle School for the past ten years. I am a Direct Consultant Special Education Teacher for 8th grade. Therefore I will be pushing into eighth and seventh grade core classes working alongside content teachers as well as working with students in a smaller classroom setting for Resource Room to further develpp their skills. I am also an 8th grade Home Base Teacher.
I grew up in Spencerport, just outside of Rochester. I graduated with a degree in Adolescent Education Social Studies and a Minor in Psychology from SUNY Oswego. I received my Masters in Special Education at Roberts Wesleyan College. After teaching around the Rochester area for many years I found my home at South Seneca Central School District & haven't looked back.
